FS: Chain Breaker/Rivet Tool

RK Excel chain breaker / press fit and rivet tool.  Used once to replace the chain on my Girly.  Also practically new.  All pins on the breaker inserts are in good shape (I ground the chain with my dremel before pressing out the link).  Asking $45 shipped in the US.
